Pet Palace’s Easy Returns & Refunds
We want you and your pets to love the products you find at Pet Palace. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return process simple:
What You Can Return
- Most unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Just bring your receipt!
- Return will be in the store Only
- Damaged or defective items? Bring those back – we’ll replace them or give you a full refund.
A Few Notes
- Because of hygiene concerns, we can’t accept returns on opened food, treats, or items that show signs that your pet’s been enjoying them.
- Custom-made or personalized items are all yours – those aren’t eligible for returns.
How We Do Refunds
- We’ll put the refund back on the card or payment method you used when you purchased the item. Easy peasy!
- Returns usually take 5-7 business days to process, so you should see your refund appear within that timeframe.
