Prazitabs Worming Tablet For Dogs & Cats ( 1 Tablet )

Praziquantel works by killing sensitive flatworms: cestodes and trematodes. Pyrantel pamoate (embonat) is active against nematodes (roundworms). For carnivora animals “Prazitabs” is used to treat infections caused by cestodes: echinococcosis (imaginal form of Echinococcus granulosus) tenіasis (Taenia multiceps, Taenia hydatigena, T.ovis, T.pisiformis, Hydatigena taeniaeformis), dipylidiosis dipіlіdіozі (Dipylidium caninum – imaginal and larval forms) Diphyllobothriasis (Diphyllobothrium latum) and trematodes (Opisthorchis felineus). Namatodosis of dogs and cats: toxocarosis (Toxocara canis, Toxocara mistax),toxascaris(Toxascaris leonina) trichuriasis(Trichuris spp.), ancylostomiasis (Ancylostoma caninum), uncinariosis (Uncinaria stenocephala), Dirofilariasis (Dirofilaria repens, D. Immitis). The action of the prazikquantel is based on of fumaratreductse synthesis suppression on myofibril membrane and neuromuscular synapses which cause paralysis and helminth death. Pyrantel blocks neurogenic signal by means of susceptible parasites depolarization causing their paralysis. It has nicotine properties and acts like acetylcholine, supreses holisterase. Antiparasitic action of this drug is based on combination of all compounds, possessing synergic effect on all forms of flatworms and roundworms

Composition :
Plano-cylinder tablets with a strip and a facet from white to gray color and specific odor. 0,8 g of the drug contains active ingredients: – Praziquantel 50 mg; – Pyrantel pamoate (embonat) 150 mg; – Excipients

Dose:
Drug is applied per os, individually one-time with meal or on the root of tongue, in the doses shown below: Dose of the drug according to the weight of animal (in tablets) Dogs

Deworming is recommended quarterly (4 times a year). First deworming for puppies and kittens starts at one month age.

Precautions:
Use is forbiden in the first part of pregnancy. Possible side effects: diarrhea , hyper salivation, vomiting. Storage In the dry, dark, well ventilated (max. humidity is 75%) room on the shelf with the temperature from 15 to 30 °C. Do not store together with food.
